About Us
We keep end users’ essential IT working for businesses.
What do we do? We make sure end users have the technology they need to keep working, no matter where they are or what happens to their equipment. Minimising downtime, by making technology work – laptops, desktops, phones, tablets and peripherals.
We do this through a range of services, whether it’s in customer offices via our security cleared onsite engineers; through our field engineers who step in as and when needed; or through our device lifecycle management services, where replacement devices are replaced, repaired, repurposed and resold.
With 30 years of experience our services remove the burden of mundane, time consuming tasks for essential IT equipment, freeing up time for IT teams for strategic, business benefiting actions.
Partnership
All our services are delivered through and in partnership with systems integrators, resellers and other channel partners, complementing the other services they deliver to their customers. We adapt to work alongside the processes of the channel partner, making the customers’ experience and that of the end user as seamless as possible.

We are committed to the community we work within. With customers across the UK our colleagues are also geographically dispersed. To ensure we support our respective communities our colleagues are encouraged to donate a day a year to their chosen local charities.
